Jewellery and clasps from a single source

In the 21st century, our jewellery design ideas and their technical solutions still begin in our heads. We use ultra-modern CAD technology to implement our ideas in different variations:

Using these different facets and designs we create our fascinating JKa Portfolio comprising jewellery models and clasps that meet all of our customers’ needs and expectations.

Our CAD system generated designs and data are transferred to our in-house rapid prototyping and CNC machines, which use them for the production of tools and subsequently for the creation of jewellery models and clasps.

Our in-house developed state-of-the-art casting process puts us in a position to design small lot sizes or even random forms. For the production of larger volume series and micro precision functional components we use techniques such as compression moulding, embossing or die cutting.

Our own tooling department ensures the attainment of our renowned JKa precision and quality through continued further development and process optimization. This system warrants that we can maintain our competitive edge on the world markets as far as our finished products are concerned. Our high quality Köhle clasp systems and double clips guarantee to everyone who wears jewellery that it will stay put – something customers have come to expect from our premium pearl clasps, magnetic clasps and all other fasteners.
